Q1: How fast is it, and can I ride it on the road?
Top speed is 55 km/h with the limiter lifted. The scooter has capped riding modes for street use — in most EU countries the road limit for this class is 20–25 km/h, and the higher figures are for private land or closed courses. Check your local rules before riding on public roads.
Q2: How do I switch between the speed modes?
From the touchscreen on the handlebar, or the control pod on the left grip. The current mode is always shown on screen, so you can see what you're in without stopping.
Q3: How fast is delivery, and is there customs duty?
Orders ship from our EU warehouse, usually within 48 hours, and typically arrive in 3–7 working days. Shipping within the EU is free and there are no customs charges, since the goods are already inside the union.
