Shipping Location

We have local warehouses in Europe and the United States. Shipments to Europe and the United States will be prioritized for dispatch from local warehouses.

 

Delivery Address Coverage

France, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Poland, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Portugal, and all other EU countries, as well as Switzerland, Norway, and the United States.

 

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).

During peak periods, promotions, or stock adjustments, the processing time may take up to 3 working days.

Orders to the EU and the US ship within 3–5 business days; orders to Switzerland and Norway ship within 3–7 business days.

 

Shipping Methods

We offer standard and expedited delivery options with DHL, UPS and FeDex shipping service, depending on your location. Shipping methods may vary based on logistics arrangements.

 

Shipping Fees, VAT, Customs, and Import Taxes

We offer free shipping on all electric scooter orders. All orders shipped include local VAT in the displayed price. We are not responsible for any additional customs or import charges imposed by your country.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track the package via the courier’s website or the “My Orders” page on our site.
