Q1: What's the difference between dual motor and single motor?
Dual motors mean both the front and rear wheels are powered, giving you better traction, faster acceleration, and stronger climbing power. It's especially noticeable on hills, loose dirt, and wet surfaces — you'll feel the difference immediately.
Q2: Is this scooter suitable for beginners?
The K3 MASTER is very powerful, so we recommend starting with the lower speed modes if you're new to e-scooters. It has multiplel riding modes so you can build up confidence gradually before unlocking the full power.
Q3: What's the advantage of 11-inch tires compared to 10-inch?
Larger 11-inch off-road tires roll over obstacles more easily, provide better stability on rough terrain, and give you a smoother ride over bumps and potholes. They also have more contact area with the ground for better traction on dirt and gravel.
Q4: Can the battery be removed for charging?
The battery is integrated into the deck for better water resistance and structural integrity. You charge the scooter directly by plugging in the charger—no need to remove the battery.

Please note that per European regulations, all electric scooters are **factory-limited to 25 km/h** by default. Your scooter is fully capable of reaching higher speeds — you just need to unlock the speed limiter. It takes only a few seconds using the control panel:
How to Unlock the Top Speed:
1. Press the **'Horn'** button and **'Switch'** button together — display shows **P1**
2. Press the **'Horn'** button — display changes to **P3**
3. Press the **'M'** button — confirm **P3**
4. Quickly press the **'S'** button **two times**
Once completed, the speed limiter will be removed and you can ride at full power. If you encounter any issues, please contact us at support@kepow.net — we can provide a video tutorial for your reference.
